Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only offer shipping within Canada. For more information on delivery, please see our Shipping Policy.
Where are the products shipped from?
We ship from our international fulfillment centers. This allows us to provide you with the best possible prices and a wide selection of products.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may no longer be possible. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
